Return Policy & Shipments

*** DUE to high demand for items, please allow 1-6 weeks of processing time on your order (could be processing 1-6 weeks before actual shipment on some orders) and please keep in mind some products are shipped from overseas (depending on the order.) We are not responsible for the actions of the post office. Once we have done our part and shipped it out, it is in the hands of the post office and we can't control how long it takes to come to you or how they handle your items. 

*** All sales are final. If you receive a broken or defective item, please E-mail us at with a photo and description and we will work with you if necessary. Exchanges may only given if there is a defect and /or item is broken and you send proof of this with a photo. Thank you.
